What information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address and phone number
- Business name, business address, website and details about your services
- Information you provide in forms, on calls, or by email, SMS or chat
- Documents you upload during onboarding, such as proof of business address, which we need to set up a local phone number for you
- Payment details, which are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Information from public sources
For business outreach, we may collect business contact details that are publicly available, such as your business name, website, business email, phone number and Google Business Profile information.
Information collected automatically
Usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Who we share your information with
We only share your information where necessary, with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- GoHighLevel: CRM, forms, messaging and websites
- Stripe: payments
- Google: email and business tools
- Smartlead: business email outreach
- Loom: video messages
- MillionVerifier: email address verification
- Lead data providers: to find publicly available business contact details
- Telecoms providers: to register phone numbers for clients
We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a sale or restructure of our business. We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where your data is transferred abroad, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep your information
- Clients: for the length of our contract, and up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Enquiries and prospects: for up to 2 years from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Opt-outs: we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Object to or restrict how we use your information, including for marketing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
